On our second day with Spencer we looked at developing our negatives in the darkroom. We also made digital negatives and then developed those too.
It was really exciting to see the process, to play around in the darkroom and actually develop photos we had taken ourselves.
For the digital negative I took some photos the night before of Joanna and then overlaid some text on Photoshop. We then set to making it greyscale, inverting, mirroring and printing on to acetate.

Learning this process and being in the darkroom really reminds you how great photography is, something that taking photos on your phone or a crappy digital camera makes you forget. I could spend everyday doing this.
